Notifications arrive late

On iPhone, the system decides when background checks run, so notifications can be delayed. Opening the app refreshes alerts immediately. Faster server notifications are in development.

An alert shows the wrong line or area

Lines and areas come from the official feeds; some are detected from the Czech text. Let us know which alert it was.

Is this the official PID app?

No. The app is independent and not affiliated with DPP, ROPID, Operátor ICT or PID. For official information see pid.cz/zmeny.

Upozornění chodí pozdě

Na iPhonu o čase kontrol na pozadí rozhoduje systém, proto mohou upozornění přijít se zpožděním. Otevřením aplikace se data hned obnoví. Rychlejší notifikace ze serveru připravujeme.

Upozornění ukazuje špatnou linku nebo oblast

Linky a oblasti pocházejí z oficiálních přehledů, některé rozpoznáváme z českého textu. Napište nám, o které upozornění šlo.

Je to oficiální aplikace PID?

Ne. Aplikace je nezávislá a není spojena s DPP, ROPID, Operátorem ICT ani PID. Oficiální informace najdete na pid.cz/zmeny.
